One night surfing the net I came across dechox and for a crazy moment I thought this would be a great idea. I convinced my girls to do this with me and hope that raising money for charity will make the blow slightly softer.

So let me explain that in our house chocolate appears everywhere - breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, puddings. It doesn't matter if your in a good mood or bad mood and we are happy to eat it, drink it, inhale it or bathe in it. To be honest it doesn't matter what the questions is or what mood your in...the answer is chocolate.

We choose to raise money for the british heart foundation as it still remains one of the worlds biggest killers.

Therefore, since the 1st October we have been chocolate free so anything you can give us to support our month of no chocolate would be greatly recieved (except chocolate of course)!!!
